What is a Furniture Layout?

A furniture layout mainly helps you understand how the furniture in your home should be placed to balance out the design aesthetics and space optimization.

It also helps you better understand the layout of a room with respect to the space available

What is a Cost Estimate Report / BOQ?

The Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) is a detailed cost estimate which is built based on (1) the furniture layout of your space & (2) the types of materials (commercial or marine ply, teak wood, etc / finishes (laminate, veneer, etc) you select for your space.
